Vitalisys sleep patches are likely considered a scam as there is very little credible evidence to support their effectiveness, and many red flags associated with their marketing and claims, including a lack of scientific backing, exaggerated results, and potential misleading ingredients lists.
Why they might be considered a scam:
Unproven claims:
Vitalisys sleep patches often advertise quick and dramatic sleep improvements with minimal usage, which is not typically supported by scientific research on sleep aids.
Lack of transparency:
Detailed information about the exact ingredients and their concentrations in the patches is often missing or vague, raising concerns about their efficacy and potential side effects.
Limited scientific evidence:
No reputable studies seem to exist that specifically validate the effectiveness of Vitalisys sleep patches, making their claims questionable.
Aggressive marketing tactics:
The marketing often relies on testimonials and anecdotal evidence rather than concrete scientific data, which can be a sign of misleading claims.
What to do instead:
Consult a healthcare professional:
If you are experiencing sleep issues, it is best to consult a doctor to discuss safe and evidence-based sleep aids that are suitable for your individual needs.
Research reputable brands:
If you are considering sleep patches, look for brands that openly list their ingredients, have clinical studies supporting their efficacy, and are marketed with transparent claims.

I just tried them and they were no good for me. I will be returning them. Interesting to see you can get phenergen over the counter. I will see if I can get some.

I feel like intervening in this chat, I have bought them several times and honestly I think it is subjective as they have helped me so much.

Ftm I have tried many different sleeping tablets and was prescribed 10 mg pfenerghan which you can also get over the counter and for me, they always work.

Whilst this won’t help with your question ftm420 it might be worth your while reading a recent thread on ‘insomnia’ and a similar thread on ‘afternoon naps’.

I would also add no alcohol at bedtime!

Sleep is a natural process so buying anything will not help. I'm sorry you are having sleep problems but I would try changing some habits first.

This includes: no caffeine
no excessive light
a good mattress
no phones ot TV in the bedroom

building a routine that works for you, practising meditation or relaxing and eating a good diet and getting exercise.

Try all these before buying quick fixes which don't work, then visit your GP to check there's nothing else causing your insomnia. You can also ask to be referred to a sleep clinic if need be.

This will tell you that it’s not good.

I've recently ordered some vitalisys sleep patches which claim to guarantee restful sleep. I'm sceptical but as I don't sleep well, I'll try anything once.

Used one last night and no noticeable difference (they claim immediate results)

Does anyone have any experience of these and are they a scam? I can't find anything online that clarifies it.
