Has anyone had a stroke?

I had a mild stroke in June. Fortunately I don,t have impairments. I am quite independent. However at the moment I have right heel pain did to wa lking on the outside of my foot.I,m sure this is the result of the stroke as I had no problem before. My daughter advised the use of insoles to correct this.I a m on day 3 of these so will see how it goes.Has anyone else had anything similar?

Maybe you have plantar fasciitis ? Google it and you will see a set of exercises which help. I also find I have to wear shoes even when I am indoors.

I agree with Imarocker- maybe nothing to do with the stroke. See a foot specialist or get a referral to a podiatrist, or get insoles and see if they work.
