It’s really good to hear from you Whiff in your PJ week, now you are out of hospital, getting stronger, and that DD was really supportive. (And the extra help from Youngest).
I have a review with both workers next week HVDY will talk meds. Way way ago I was a volunteer organiser and used to run lunch clubs too usually with churches. Glad you
Great you managed to pop in Scaredycat whilst your DS is here. Nice meal out and even more coming over tonight. A very, very, special time.
Yes I need those sort of clothes . Must act! Yes as to the exercise would help.
Crocus Mirtazapene generally is known to be a positive sleep wise - at least not keeping awake. It takes up to 6 weeks to start working properly
I have taken it on and off for years it is a plus or at leat neutral sleep wise..
BUT - we are all different. You could be a-typical or the drug isn’t meeting enough of your needs and you may need another one….. But we aren’t medically qualified on here. All the best with meds and your GP sorting something.
Sorry you are so stiff and achy, Sweetpeasue. It’s a very tough patch for you indeed, but right to go with the sleeping for now. xx
No groups that I know of, doodle. The sign of me being Weller will be when I can go back to Quakers. Glad you had a meal with your DGD’s. Have a hug and never say sorry…
You do matter EllieAnne
