I contributed to the Zoe research for Covid 19 via their app. I follow them on Spotify and listen to their podcasts .I have modified my eating and have lost 1.5 stones in weight by doing so. My BMI is now 23, in the healthy zone.
My main change was to cut out virtually all UPF and because my energy levels soared my activity increased.
I would have loved to join the Zoe programme but the cost is too prohibitive as I am a single pensioner on limited income.
