Nothing much to worry about. Haemoglobin is measured on a range of 0-200. Anything over 120 is normal. Below 67 you die.
DD's was allowed to drop to 73 before she was rung in a panic by her GP telling her to go to the pharmacy immediately and collect a massive over prescription of iron pills as she could have a fatal heart attack at any time. If she thought she was having a heart attack she was to get to hospital immediately.
They should, of course, have sent her to hospital immediately for blood transfusions and iron infusions, but they didn't, presumably to cover up, that for reasons I needn't detail now she had been seeking help for months and they had been refusing to see her.
Anyway, 108 is not far from normal, so you have little to worry about.
