Estriol cream

I have been uti free since starting on blissel cream ....but I also take daily hiprex ....I think that has been the game changer

I have used this for many years to counteract vaginal dryness and it works for that.The only drawback is that you have to insert it with an applicator , much like inserting a tampon (remember those🤣🤣🤣) and if that bothers you it would be an issue.
Plus side you get a little bit of Oestrogen which is welcome as I don't take HRT.
I understand that it helps avoid UTIs but as I've rarely throughout my life been troubled by UTIs , I can't say that the cream has prevented them.
Never had any bad side effects from use of the cream.
