But if you are elderly & can get an appointment with the geriatric/ care of the elderly consultant, they are absolutely brilliant at co-ordinating treatment, sorting out which diagnosis is causing which problems & suggesting a way forward. My MiL's GP arranged a home visit by a CoElderly consultant & it was extremely useful & holistic.
With the lung cancer in the mix, the oncologists will need to lead if you will be on chemo though.

There’s people 40/50 on here you can be a granny mid thirties 🤣and not everyone on here is a grandparent but anyway that’s not important my advice would be the same whether they are 40 or 80;

Why not see your own GP and get him or her to explain the various things to you they ll have all your notes on their computer Have they told you what stage the cancer is at ?

Ask for an appointment with the geriatric consultant at your hospital. They will take an overview of your conditions, treatment and medication and liaise with other consultants.

Assuming you are elderly of course.
