Hoping someone has some advice here. I have numbness/tingling in my feet and hands. Some days are worse than others. Had a blood test from GP and all ok but she has referred me to a neurologist. I am completely dairy free due to allergies and eat v little meat. I wonder if I should have an active B12 test (the blood test I had doesn’t check for this). Thinking of getting one privately. Does anyone have any experience of this? Thanks Grans - I am getting worried now. I am 66 btw.
