Can anyone recommend any support pills for shoulder arthritis. Woke in agony again today. Still no date for op, I’m beginning to despair. Woke at 5.00 today.

When I had a frozen shoulder, the V-shaped pillow (from Dunelm) was very helpful.
All the best.

I’m sorry you’re in pain sally. I use a soft (not memory foam) ‘ v’ pillow to support my neck and shoulders at night and find it very helpful. We’re all different, it could be worth a try.

We have just bought Groove pillows which we have found very helpful - would they be any good?

Another recommendation for the Dunelm neck pillow.
My neck was very stiff and painful & I was told by a physio it was age-related and wouldn’t get better 😮
But it has got better and one of the factors was using the Dunelm V shaped pillow.
I hope you feel better soon Sally.

HI @kittylester

Do you know whuch Groove Pillow you bought? I'm looking at these two for my neck pain stiffness which I think is caused by the menopause
