Do any of you lovely Grans have very low blood pressure? I was prescribed Bisoprolol, Aspirin and Dapagliflozin together with Clopidogrel after a minor heart attack and my blood pressure is very low. My cholesterol specialist has told me to stop the Bisoprolol and referred me back to the cardiologist. I have a whole host of side effects from the medications and I'm finding it very difficult to get appointment at the GP. Any thoughts ladies? Thank you for reading!!

Neither growstuff just a very slow beat!
Nobody seems bothered about it.

Good that you've had it checked out and nobody seems to be bothered.

David49 It appears it's been checked.

It's my beats per minute not my BP!

What is a "cholesterol specialist"? Is it a doctor?
I'm sure your cardiologist will sort out the right balance. It's true that bisoperol lowers the BP

A cholesterol specialist is usually a Chemical Pathologist - they may call themselves Lipidologist if they are super-specialised. Yes, they are medical doctors.

I have low blood pressure and have had a proceedure for superventricular'. I was put on lamoprasol and it increased my palpitations they are trying another drug. I feel for you because medication is difficult and the side affects hard.

I would see my GP, I know its hard but as someone posted you may feel better combining of bisopradol. Good luck I know how hard it is.

I have recently been diagnosed with Bowens disease, a type of skin cancer . I have to treat a patch of skin on my shoulder; unfortunately it’s right under my bra strap and during treatment ( with ointment) it must not be covered . I don’t want to go bra-less and ‘multi way’ bras are hopeless . Any advice very gratefully received, thank you
