I have had a similar experience to Eloethan. On Tuesday, in the afternoon I had sudden onset heat rush and a clammy forehead. Perspiration dripped from my face.
I felt wobbly and very unwell.
Had to sit down with the fan on full blast to cool down. This happened again Wednesday and Thursday, but not as severe. I'm extremely tired.
Today I feel woozy. Tummy has been upset throughout.

Feeling lots better. Well I woke this morning at 9. So there’s an improvement right away because I’d had disturbed sleep from the start.

I even thought that as I felt so much better I would shower and change the bed! However a slow walk to the bathroom changed my mind on that one though I’ll see how the day goes.

Most noticeable is the awful tum feeling has gone. I’m going to be very careful what I try to have for breakfast. I feel like a plate of cornflakes but don’t shockhave any .

I felt rubbish a few months ago. Super tired, and achy. I had just bought tests the week before. Came up positive.
Hardly any the usual symptoms. Runny nose the previous Friday & sore ears.
Went to visit a friend the Monday before, nurses were masked up but no mention of Covid 😳 husband got it & also the friend we visited- I asked had there been COVID on that ward, replied that there had been cases. I think they should have warned us.

The symptoms for covid are constantly changing so it could be that, hardly anyone tests so we will never know. I did test because my DH is very vulnerable and it was negative.

I have had something that sounds similar. In the middle of a short shopping trip I suddenly felt very hot and sweaty and a bit light-headed. I felt so ill and exhausted that when I got to the bus stop I had to stand at the back of the bus shelter where there was some shade and lean against it. When I got home I continued to feel very sweaty, had an upset stomach and then had terrible retching. This was over a week ago and I am only just starting to feel a bit better.

I have been unwell for the last few weeks. Severe headaches, nausea, squits, joint and muscle pains sore throat etc. I feel awful a lot of the time and I just get to the point when I think I should ring the doc when it improves a bit. Then ... wham! .. back it comes. I have not had a temperature though.
And I am in and out of atrial fibrillation as well.
I can't wait for it to stop.

Thanks all tor your responses. I wouldn’t wish this on anyone but it is helpful to hear that others have had similar and how they managed it.

Ive just spoken to my daughter who thinks it might be Covid as she tests through her work and a few weeks ago hers was positive. She had very similar stomach issues and also the fatigue.

She suggested I speak to my GP tomorrow. I will call them but since I’m in no way able to get out I don’t know what good it will do.

I had a similar thing a couple of weeks ago and so did many in the family, presumed a GC brought it home from nursery, the main thing for me was the dizziness because I suffer from bouts of vertigo anyway, and a gippy tum with headaches. It only lasted a few days thankfully. As with most things like this I went completely off drinking tea or coffee.

I tested positive for Covid 10 days ago - I know “nobody tests” any more but I was due for day surgery and wisely did the test which came up positive with a bang! So of course I cancelled.
Anyway, LSS my insides have been all over the place since, plus the light headedness, headaches and incredible weakness.
I’d assumed this was all connected and I’m not enjoying it as I am rarely, if ever, ill. I was also awake for hours last night with (I assume) reflux barely able to even swallow water. Not a happy bunny. I blame a ready meal sausage and herb casserole - never again.
Food?
I’m hungry but have no appetite and am getting by with coffee flavoured slim-fast ready mixed shakes!
Will I have lost any weight when this is over? I doubt it!

I had a horrible stomach bug two weeks ago. Never vomitted so much in my life. My stomach still doesn't feel right, sort of bloated and uncomfortable but at least I'm not vomitting.

I came come down with what I think is a virus that I have heard is currently‘On-The-Go’. That was Monday this week so early days yet.

How have GN’s coped with this? I know it sounds trivial with what I see some posting on here are living with but I’m usually pretty healthy and ‘fair scunnered’ at catching this. Am 71 live alone but my sister is nearby and brought me fresh milk today. I’m usually reasonably active and healthy.

Things were bad in the Tuesday as I attended a hospital appointment long planned. At this stage just felt had upset tum and mild headache.

Walking uphill back to car I had to stop 3 times in a short period and thought I would collapse. Got to car though and made it home ok. I felt quite safe once seated and when driving

Symptoms are fatigue, dizziness/lightheadedness on exertion ie climbing the stairs, muscle aches, headaches,( not as bad as in first 24 hours ), stomach upset at whatever I try to eat but have tried to keep to plain food , toast ( I did add some butter as it was my first food in 36 hours). A few spoonfuls of home made lentil soup, quarter of unbuttered cinnamon bagel. Everything seems to upset my stomach tho doesn’t cause any V or D.

I realise I need to eat something. I’m drinking very dilute blackcurrant juice and have managed tea with milk. The thing is it all makes me feel ‘like I have a tummy upset’. Any suggestions or advice gratefully received.

I’ve tried the NHS app but nothing seems to fit. You only have to choose one symptom and mine cover more than one. And I didn’t think I was bad enough to call 111.

This will probably go in time . Just needed some food/coping advice as am sure I’m not the only one who has had similar or is feeling like this now.
