Mounjaro? Menopause, fibro? Hyper mobility? Hypertonic pelvic floor?

Looking for experiences to explain numerous health symptoms.

For reference... I'm 51 & 4 years post menopause. Been on Mounjaro for 12 months, HRT 3 yrs, antidepressants for 27 yrs & diagnosed with fibro overlapping CFS approx 30 years ago. Moderate fatty liver (through medication use)

SW 12.7
CW 10.1
GW 9.7

However, since March I've experienced numerous new issues mainly affecting my muscles, causing constant overactive muscles (always feeling tense/or spasms internally) yet muscle tone weakness.

This has caused a diagnosis of hip bursitis, gluteal tendinitis, anal sphincter spasms resulting in painful haemorrhoids & anal fissures. (Possible hypertonic pelvic floor) A MRI shows degenerative disc disease within lower spine.

I have an anterior pelvic tilt and my knees hyperextends backwards which exasperates the tilted hips & pelvis forward. (Always been bendy with stretchy skin, yet never considered hyper mobility until recently) 🤷🏽‍♀️

My question is what reasons relates to these symptoms?

Is it Mounjaro? Also causing HRT to decrease effectiveness?
Is it just menopause?
Is it fibro?
Is it hyper mobility?
Is it hypertonic pelvic floor?
Or could it be something else?
Or just interlinked?

Has anyone else experienced similar issues & what has helped?

I have fibromyalgia, Sjogrens, disc problems, Ehlers Danloss hyper mobility & spondylosis. I get internal tremors and shakiness. Neurologists shrug. All tests normal. I'm thinking essential tremor, Parkinsonism ,but I don't have Parkinson's, fnd or Dystonia. Fibromyalgia can cause tremors, small fibre neuropathy, hyper mobility. It's hard to pinpoint the cause.

All of these conditions appear to be interlinked.

I’m sure from your own experiences the medical profession has probably fobbed you off for years.

It was worth an ask to see if anyone had similar issues. I too get random intermittent vibrations in legs & feet (it’s like having a mobile phone buzzing in my shoe) & other times I get a sense of electric shock zaps! I’ve always assumed it was linked to fibro & my nerves being irritated.

May I ask with EDS does that affect your ligaments & muscles?
