I am going to try cannabis gummies to help with my sleep which is usually broken due to arthritic pain on my shoulder and knee. I should get my first ones on Thursday. I have an appointment next year with a consultant to progress replacements for both. Can anyone tell me their real life experiences with this please? Did it work/help?

I don’t know much about gummies but I do know that pure cannibis works.
We would source it got our friend who had multiple sclerosis.
This was befor she got her pain in plant.
I hope you find relief from your pain.

Thanks Petra, I can't smoke or vape due to having COPD, hence the edibles. I'll report back on how it turns out.

I originally started on the oils but swapped to gummies when I went into hospital for my knee replacement I stopped them completely when I came home because at £300 per month they just weren't making a difference. I'm not trying to put you off, far from it. We all react differently to medications and I have difficulty with several. So I think you should try them for yourself and see what happens. I'd say 3 months is a reasonable time for a trial .Hope the work for you.

I used gummies when my sleep kept breaking because of joint pain and they took the edge off enough for me to stay asleep. It did not fix the pain, but it made nights calmer and I woke up less tense. Starting with a small dose helped me see how my body handled it.

I've got mm for fibromyalgia and autoimmune conditions from Integro. I started with vapes but couldn't tolerate that so switched to sub lingual oils & just use it on very bad days. I do feel a bit out of it but it dulls the pain. I find I get the munchies! You need your summary of care from your GP & two conditions that allopathic medicine hasn't helped so 2 failed drugs but some clinics will take you with one condition.

You don’t have to smoke or vape. You can make biscuits or cakes with it.
