Toe Nail Clippers Recommendations Please - Plier Type

I have seen one with a long handle.
But I have a pedicure and eyebrows plucked and tinted for £48 plus £2 tip

I go to a salon once a month. They do my eye brows, I ask them to do my toe nails. I have to have mine short. She ads £5.00 to the total bill. My nails are easy, they are very soft so can be done quickly. She also puts oil on them. They look good. I only have polish on them from June to September when I wear open shoes.

Only £10 to get your toe nails cut, that is good.

I'm sure my neighbour pays £30!

I have the same problem but have been to a Foot Clinic.They did a full foot assessment.£48.Each time I go now it will only be £10.

I was thinking maybe I should go to a podiatrist. But thought I would see if I could tackle it myself first.

Vicks I have tried in the past but did nothing for mine. Although that was for a fungal infection.

Maybe I should give the emery board a try.

Rather than try to cut mine (big toes anyway, the others are still doable) I just use the coarsest type of emery board I can find in Boots. I’d never use them on my fingernails but they work a treat on old ‘hoofs’.

Vicks (which I still call Vick) applied to toe nails softens them. I put it on at night under bed socks. It definitely makes a difference, even to my right little toe nail which has ambitions to become a claw after being squashed during a weekend walking up the Wye Valley.

I’d recommend seeing a podiatrist.
