Thanks for starting this, Lilypops, and thanks Not Spaghetti for the video.
I'm having to guard against the dribble.

I do the same. I do seem to produce a lot of saliva and have quite a big gap in my side bottom teeth which is where the dribble escapes from. Unfortunately, I have had no joy with dentures so will have to put up with it. You have my empathy.

I thought the topic was about the other ‘dribbling’, which I do suffer from occasionally (when I have a coughing fit ) 😂

I do this too and have been blaming having to wear top dentures and I have most of my lower jaw teeth missing, unfortunately my dentist won’t remove the remaining teeth as they are still ‘Ok’, my marionette lines area gets so sore the skin splits and bleeds, definitely not a good look

I do this slightly. I didn’t realise that others shared the problem. I don’t wear make up, except lipstick. Recently, I have had to stop wearing that because, it make the dribble more problematic.

What a really helpful and useful video NotSpaghetti. I don’t dribble - yet! But there may come a time when I do, who knows, and the exercises in the video are a positive step to try.

These are for Strengthening the muscles around the lips.
I'm thinking something like these.

I wonder if this could be improved with exercise?
I did a lot of facial exercises after a stroke and think I'd give it a go if I were you. It may just be some muscle weakness... (and who doesn't have a bit if that)!?

Me as well especially when I don’t want it to happen, so I did buy some pretty handkerchiefs from EBay and I keep one handy. I remember seeing old ladies dribbling when I was a child and white on the corner of their mouth, it would never happen to me of course, tough titty it did and whiskers as well, Oh the joys of getting old 🤦‍♀️🌷

I'm another one with this problem!

I find myself doing the same thing when I'm doing something that I'm concentrating on especially cleaning jobs! My excuse is that I'm 81!

I have started dribbling. !! When I am relaxed or watching TV or just listening to someone talking , I am aware of dribbling from the sides of my mouth , I keep dabbing my mouth with a tissue. , it doesn’t help that I have marionette lines that makes a channel for the dribble. I used to watch my Gran doing the same but she always had a hanky in er hand, now I know why,
I am turning into my Gran !,
