Fun days out

When was the last time you had a fun day out? Mine was on Saturday, I took my two granddaughters to an adventure park, we had a picnic, the weather was lovely, the girls had lots of fun, we laughed, and I got pleasure from watching them. I was totally shattered by the time I got home, but it was a fun day.

I don't know why this is on 'health'. I don't think I've recovered from my fun day out, I probably over exerted myself 😂.

I totally think this should be on health TheSunRisesInTheEast, all the positives there- exercise, well being, laughter and community. Your day sounded lovely and in my opinion should be on perscription! sunshine
