AI Receptionists in GP surgery.

Hi, has anyone had experience of AI Receptionists being used in their GP surgery?

If so, how did you find the experience?

I had a text i didn't understand properly but it seemed to ve saying they have changed to AI.

I phoned them a couple of days later, and got no reply, so I'm assuming i had had experience of AI receptionists.
