Yes, please do get advice. Bed bugs multiply very quickly and can easily spread through your home. If bed bugs are confirmed, and the bites do resemble them, you must treat everything taken with you and the bags you brought them home in. A pest controller may advise, otherwise an Amazon search will find all you need. Good luck.

Oh how awful for you. Fortunately it’s not happened to me, but I do think about it when staying in hotels. Apparent they travel in people’s luggage and clothing, so not necessarily the hotels fault.
I think if you’re back home you should get advice from a pest control company.
