I was hoping there weren't many virus things around now we're in June. I was having a coffee in a café yesterday and a parent with a son about aged 10, obviously not well enough to be at school, was coughing and sneezing all over the place. Tried to keep my distance as when I get one it always goes on to flare up my autoimmune thyroiditis. Which has just calmed down after a viral infection last October. The flare up usually last about 8 months and makes me feel horrible. Hope you start feeling better soon.

I’m just recovering from viral bronchitis - takes 6 weeks apparently - I’m 3 weeks into it now, and am certainly feeling a lot better than just last week, but still very little stamina. Perfectly normal apparently.

Could be anything but hope it goes soon.
I had a virus - probs caught off the GCs - a few weeks ago, was fine then suddenly it descended like a ton of bricks and I was floored for several days. Was an ears,nose and throat thing. Not covid, I tested for that because my DH is vulnerable.
