I will tell 2 of my granddaughters who both had this injection recently that all the abject torture of a small jab with a needle was worth all the agony they suffered. grin

Such wonderful news. My DD had the vaccine nearly 20 years ago.

Mine has had it too. My mother and my sister have both had cervical cancer, so it's one think my daughter will hopefully not have to worry about.

Excellent news indeed. I hope that every girl has the vaccine.

It is the vaccine that is given to teenagers both male and female that has brought about this excellent result.

MY GSs called it the sex vaccination!

I read that this morning, what good news.
I assume it is testing regularly that has made this possible.
Testing men regularly for prostate cancer must come next.

That is a most wonderful result.

Young women now have 'close to zero' risk of cervical cancer death after HPV jab.
