I've got the lurgy!!🫩

Had a scratchy throat on Saturday but fine otherwise. All good on sunday and Monday but yesterday after getting ready to go out and I actually started walking to a social group had to turn round and go back home. It was as though my ' energy plug' had been pulled and I felt so drained and weak. Spent yesterday on the couch and looks like today will be the same. No appetite or energy. I cant pinpoint exactly what is wrong but I definitely dont feel right!!! Hope it goes soon what ever it is.

Could be anything but hope it goes soon.
I had a virus - probs caught off the GCs - a few weeks ago, was fine then suddenly it descended like a ton of bricks and I was floored for several days. Was an ears,nose and throat thing. Not covid, I tested for that because my DH is vulnerable.

I’m just recovering from viral bronchitis - takes 6 weeks apparently - I’m 3 weeks into it now, and am certainly feeling a lot better than just last week, but still very little stamina. Perfectly normal apparently.
