I was offered a role as a lead analyst for a team of 11 people. Their processes seem like a mess and they are extremely backlogged in tickets. They offered me 130k salary, great benefits. I have multiple Epic certs and 10+ years experience in health IT. Is 130k for a lead analyst low for a position in Philadelphia?

Haven’t a clue, but I’d swap that for my DWPension of £11K (a year)! Is Philadelphia cold?

I think if you are asking UK grandparents such a question then you should grab the role before they discover you are a bit dim.

My daughter’s school takes father daughter dance themes very seriously. I’m not sure why but it’s very clear within the culture of the school this matters. Last year the theme was boots and bows. Easy cowgirl hat and boots. My husband didn’t take me seriously when I said the theme was followed and learned quickly when he was overdressed in the sea of plaid and denim. This year is nights in wonderland. I wish it wasn’t so judgy at her school because I know everyone will come in theme. I really just don’t know what to do beyond a light blue dress. Any ideas? Has anyone had this theme before?
