I have just spent a week of my life trying to find the perfect oven and I've failed miserably. I had the perfect oven at my last house - it was a Creda Circulaire, over 10 years old, but they don't make it any more and things seem to have gone backwards! It's very difficult to get accurate information online and a lot of them don't even show you pictures of the interior. The ones on display in the shops aren't the same ones that you see online and the assistants don't know anything about them. The Which reports only cover certain models and the best one at a reasonable price (a Neff) only achieved a score of 77%. What are the manufacturers doing about this?
I want the main oven to have a fan but not a grill and I want the top oven to have a decent sized efficient grill with a handle on the grill pan and a fat catcher and the ability to only use half the grill. I also want to use the grill with the door open. Help!

What time do you get up and go to bed?
