I have been treated appallingly by the above. Their customer service is a joke. Basically a couple of springs broke in a settee purchased from them. It was still within the 5 yr Sale of Goods Act and was immaculate. They sent Peter Brant to repair the settee, which he did, unbeknown to me, with string, rope and sticky tape. This was only found out when I approached a independent upholsterer, with 30 years experience, and when he removed the covers and valance, he found this complete bodge.
Customer Services have run me round in rings, and take no responsibility at all. I am never going to shop there again.
