Petrol vouchers

I`ve seen those cards on line Tanith, but I`m a bit confused (not difficult for me!) about the T & C`s. I know that Tesco`s gift vouchers can be used for petrol, but I really want something that`s specifically for buying petrol.

numberplease you can use Tesco gift vouchers for petrol in their garage...

or this thevouchershop.co.uk/fuel-gift-cards/ looks more complicated though...

I`m not sure where to put this, so am trying here. Does anyone know if it`s possible to buy gift vouchers for petrol? My 17 year old grandson has just got his first car, and I`d liketo give him a voucher for petol as a Christmas present, but all the ones I`ve seen seem to be eared to big businesses. I just want to buy a voucher with a set amount that he can use at a petol station when he fills up.
