My brother made some delicious waffles one morning while I was staying with him. They were much better than the shop bought ones as they weren't as sweet.
Has anyone got a waffle maker as I'm now considering getting one of my own and I'd appreciate any thoughts and suggestions please

I watched a TV show recently with Alton Brown a celebrity chef. He recommended a waffle iron that is mainly stainless steel and flips for even cooking. The name was Villaware. Most likely not cheap but he wasn't pleased with the cheaper plastic backed ones.

I had a Dualit? Waffle maker. It was a wedding present 33years ago! It sadly gave up the ghost last year. It made flower shaped waffles that divided into 6 individual hearts. I loved it. I have been looking for a replacement, but nothing in today's market comes close, or fits my price bracket! sad

Try Amazon hildaj, there are some on there a little bit cheaper.
I was looking at an Andrew James one, just can't make up my mind!
