An remedies for dye marks on wallpaper?

Thanks Tegan. Yes we have got some of the old paper. DH was on wikihow this morning so I assumed he had been looking for a remedy but he didn't come up with that one. I will tell him.

wiki how says you can buy special cleaning stuff for wallpaper from hardware shops..can't say I've ever come across it myself. Have you got any of the wallpaper and the paint that you used so you could paint some and then test different things on it; of course, you''l have to go to the charity shop to rub it against your old suite as well.

Another one I've heard is a clean soft pencil rubber. Not tried it though.
