Lightweight irons

Avoid ironing if you can! I find that teeshirts can be smoothed before being put away and don't look too bad. I rarely iron bedlinen because there's no-one but me to see it. I sympathise whole-heartedly with your shoulder problem. Fortunately mine was on the left but, as I say, I do as little ironing as possible.

I had a lightweight iron, but had to put so much pressure on it to get the desired effect that it hurt my pinned elbow more than a heavy iron!
