we are getting an ikea kitchen, (using builder to fit..) and not going to go with their own appliances, so looking at integrated under counter, fridge, freezer and oven. want the largest fridge capacity can fit but not sure if all under counter integrated will fit into the ikea housing. have been advised that all makes are standard size but comparisons show they are not. Can anyone share, if they have used other makes for an ikea kitchen and what they recommend. thanks

This is slightly off piste but I would think again about integrated appliances. They look great when first fitted but when my dishwasher broke down and I had to get a new one, I had to pay for someone to get the old machine out and ditto with my washing machine. They are both freestanding now.

not having a dishwasher or washing machine in kitchen. i had thought of that and relying on buying highly rated fridge/freezer/oven perhaps neff if can afford. looking on line at sizes is big confusing though as not sure which ones will fit the housings.

I have a Siemens f/f which I managed to buy in a sale because otherwise they are expensive. My oven is New World and the gas top is Neff. I agree, the sizes are confusing. I ended up buying a fridge with too large gaps at the sides because I was terrified of it not fitting. My f/f is elsewhere.

Just find out from Ikea what size of appliance the housings will take.
You should be able to purchase any make you like, all the appliances we have fitted fit into a standard housing whether it is a fridge freezer oven dishwasher washer etc.
Of course they have to be an integrated appliance not a standard stand alone, these are too big.
You will find that all integrated appliances are more expensive.
