Dear Rojon. According to our son 22 degrees is the perfect temperature, winter and summer, so it is a shame you still shiver despite the fact you have a modern house that is easy to heat.
I agree with Gill T57 that you should see your GP and ask for a thyroid test. For some inexplicable reason this is not a routine blood test yet an underactive thyroid can wreak havoc with ALL your vital organs (as I know to my cost) and apart from affecting your body temperature can lead to all sorts of other problems which, if not treated, can lead to really dangerous consequences.
Don't forget. Doctors are there to help us. They are not paid to sit in their consulting rooms with no patients. So do make an appointment now. Your problem may not be an underactive thyroid but something totally different but just as serious.
