I have recently bought two Pack Mate vacuum bags from Amazon. I haven't used them yet but I chose this brand as they have good reviews on QVC. I have bought cheaper ones in the past and they let the air in. Eventually I will store the spare duvets and pillows away!

Thanks to all for your suggestions.

I get them from eBay. I use them for storing spare bedding (one for each bed) then when we have visitors all I have to do is get out the appropriate bag from the blanket box.

A few years ago I bought a multi pack on line. I needed to fit clothes in two motor bike panniers for a trip. You didn't have to use a vacuum you just rolled them when full + then pulled sort of zip across. They worked brilliantly. Everything was kept dry and crease free. The biggest one I use to store spare quilt

The best ones I ever had were from T J Hughes, the stores of course closed down (not much help!) but I think you can still buy things online from them.

We have used them and found them a bit of a pain really - sometimes they leak; and you have to make quite sure that you label them or you will find yourself de-vacuuming them all in order to find out what size quilt is therein!

Dunelm Mill or online.

You occasionally see them in Aldi and Lidl, but you never know when. They sell them in Wilco, but they aren't cheap there. I did buy some in a pound shop once but they were useless and the seal broke almost immediately.

Happy New Year to all Gransnetters.
I have read the last few topics and can't see this question posted recently. Apols if so, however help please.
I am starting to declutter (again!!) and need some of the air vacuum bags, the ones that has the air sucked out by hoover. Has anyone got any suggestions on which to buy? I have been looking, I find the Lakeland ones are expensive, but good quality. Any ideas please on where to get quality, reasonably priced ones?smile
