Hall decorating dilemma - help!

Haven't tried it but have used Homebase colour mixing a few times and have always been pleased with the result.

Sueac Do you have to use B & Q? Homebase do Dulux and mix it for you.

A few years ago had a Calico shade mixed.
I was pleased with the result

Last year DD had a turquoise mixed to match a design on a curtain sample
It was a perfect match.
The paint was Matt

I have booked a lady to come and paint the units in my new kitchen at the bungalow, having seen her work at another person's house. She is asking us to choose a colour from the Valspar range at B&Q as she says it gives by far the best coverage and you do not need so many coats.

The Valspar range is far better than their own brand range, which I no longer buy. I have used it once and was ebtirely happy with it.

I used the Valspar mixed at B & Q. Dh thought it was excellent. and It dries quite quickly.

Thanks everyone, feedback really appreciated. A word of caution to all you decorators - I'm decorating my sons hallway as he over reached on step ladders, fell off and very badly broke his shoulder. So my tip, no matter how far you think you can reach, just get down and move the steps !!
