Decorator coming in the next half hour and everything is clear for him getting stuck in apart from the Hilarys roman blind which I cannot figure out how to remove it.

Any and all suggestions welcome.

Have you contacted Hilary blinds company? I am sure they will help you even with verbal instructions. smile

Verbal instructions were no help . . .decorator here and has got it down but doubt we will be able to re-assemble it.

Oh dear. If I were you I would ask Hillarys to put it back for you when the decorating is finished. Just mention to them that their instructions were not that helpful and - you never know they might do it for you as a good will gesture. Here's hoping! smile

You must be joking! We have found them to be unhelpful on all things bar buying new blinds, so we avoid them now, as a company.

Me too roses. Found them unreliable in keeping appointments, expensive and I didn't like their salesman one bit - very pushy. In the end I tried a local firm who have been brilliant and I will use them again.

Oh what a shame I have been using Hillary's for years as they are so helpful and reliable- must depend on area though and who the local reps are. Local shops also seem to be good as they need a good local reputation. They will probably put them back for you at a small charge.

I used small and local when we moved recently and I would agree that they always go the extra mile and would probably sort out any problems for you.
How is the decorating going?
