BT yearly line rental

If like us you pay up front for yearly line rental......take note. Along with this you should get free caller ID. We renewed ours in October and just discovered they have been charging us £1.75 a month for this service. Only noticed today but sorted now. If you haven't got you're entitled to it and if you have got it make sure they're not charging you.

Interesting. I had a similar experience when I changed my BT contract in September. A charge of £1.75 continued when the service was supposed to be free for 12 months. It took 2 months and several contacts to have the charge eliminated.

Make sure you check that the charge is still cancelled next month.
