If I realised early on in the wash I would tip some liquid into the draw and then pour some warm water after it to wash it down.

That's it then smile
You've convinced me I'm not being lazy by even thinking about it.

I do it regularly too, I never wash it again

I have done this so many times and never re-wash.It is the water that really freshens anyway.

Don't wash the clothes again. It is supposed to be good for the clothes to occasionally put them through a wash without soap. Gets rid of detergent build up. We change our clothes so often these days they only really need freshening up.

Stupidly started a load of washing without putting the liquid in.
Would you re-wash or think that a swish at 40dg water would be enough to freshen. Nothing was actually dirty
