Car seat, fitting problem

My DS and DIL have a silvercross wayfarer travel system, when we went to put the seat in our car a Volvo S80 we found the seatbelt didn't seem long enough, are we doing something wrong, any ideas

Always hated with a venom the childrens car seats, followed only slightly behind by the pushchairs which were almost impossible to collapse/ put up.
Frustration, broken nails, having words with ourselves and being told by dd that is simple. Actually, we didnt find it so. Thank goodness that period has now safely passed us by.

Don't they fit on an isofix base? I thought they all did these days.

We bought an Isofix base to solve the seat belt problem.
However, with my RA, I have to rely on DH to put the seat in and out, as it's still difficult.
