Yesterday I received via email my latest statement from Virgin Media. Today I received a second email confirming that my account will be suspended and I should update my details. Thought this was strange, telephoned Virgin who seemed unconcerned there data bank may have been compromised. My concern was are my bank details safe to which the service desk said no-one can get bank details. Should I be concerned?
