I have been invited to join the Review Panel and wondered if anyone else has and could share their experiences please ?

No but if you get the chance please complain about them charging for click and collect! I can't think of any other company which does that and it applies even when they are simply out of stock of whatever it is you want. £2 is a lot when what you want to buy is £10. It is free if you spend £50. You could order a packet of screws in B & Q and not be charged for doing it.

Yes I have.

I don't think that would come under product reviewing Nonnie . Have you complained to them about it or asked their reason for applying the charge ? It's £30 spend not £50 btw .

Thanks Peep . How frequently were you sent stuff and was it easy, interesting to do etc ? Did you have things that you were interested in owning ?

NotAGran when I wanted to do it it was £50, or the shop assistant didn't know what he was talking about.

I doubted it was under product review which is why I said "if you get a chance"

Yes, I have complained I always do if something is not right. No reason given but it seems obvious that it is just another way of making a profit.

Ah I see Nonnie , it's store orders you are referring to as there is no shop assistant with click & collect .

It's £3.50 for delivery with an order under £50 in store and £2.00 for click & collect on-line under £30 .

I forgot to say that JL delivery charges are competitive compared to other department stores in my experience and reasonable.

I don't pay delivery charges, I go somewhere else. Outdated idea imo
