Coffee Pods

I have the same concerns! There is a recycling system if you look on their website - there are points across the country but seem to be personal addresses and you have to take the pods to the nearest point. The one nearest to me is quite a distance so it's not really feasible. I know Nespresso do recycle their pods - I was in the store on Saturday as I need another machine but I've gone with another Tassimo again. I don't know if the empty capsules can go in your recycle bin though.

We recycle ours and the whole village takes part . One person keeps the boxes, and we all drop off there , then we take turns once a month to drive the 20 miles to drop them off.

Works really well , but our recycling centre isn't a million miles away .

I use Nespresso capsules and they have a recycling procedure. You can ask for bags to put spent capsules in and they collect them at the next delivery, or you can print a label and post them back. Works well for us.
