Is innerspring mattress good for back pain?

I agree with grandtante.

You need good advice on this, my SIL has back problems and he had a mattress made specifically for him but it cost a lot of money.

Can you find a dealer where you can try the mattress for a specified length of time and return it if it doesn't suit your back?

Back pain is so individual, even when caused by the same condition, that I would be very hesitant to recommend my mattress, an innerspring one, to anyone else.

I have scoliosis which became even worse through years and because of that I suffer from back pain. I'm thinking about trying this matress, is that a good idea? Anyone tried them too?
