We couldn't work out what was going on. Thermostat turned up but chilly in our hall and the boiler making start up sound's but not coming on.
DH discovered the problem. The pump was set on the lowest setting. He turned it up to the middle one and hey presto the boiler fired into action.
Thought I'd pass this on in case anyone else was having issues in the cold weather.
