Kitchen re-fit - decisions!!!!

I would not choose my kitchen, if I was making the choice today. The doors are fiddly to clean, and the handles attract dust. DH and I were just debating yesterday, as to whether to change the handles. I think I might have a look, and see what looks suitable. It was a very popular style of kitchen 18 years ago.

I love my white high gloss kitchen doors but I am less impressed with the grooves on the doors which attract dust.

My door handles are also which gloss, small and round and look great, in my opinion, and that is the only one which counts!

We have recently had a new kitchen fitted with handless gloss finished doors and are very pleased with it. It looks great and is very practical.

We have gloss finish, easy to keep clean. I use an e-cloth or an eco friendly glass cleaner.

Often have a house full of GC, takes seconds to remove any fingerprints.

I'm moving house shortly and will be doing a total kitchen refit in the new house and like you, I've been looking for inspiration at kitchen showrooms. There are so many high gloss doors to choose from and I too wondered if they will show every finger mark and streak.
I did see one kitchen style that I liked very much; cream shaker style with butchers block counter tops. Then I realised it's the exact kitchen I have in my current house! If it's still available, more than 12 years after I installed my own, it must still be popular!

Gloss would be my ideal too.

Our kitchen is about 26 years old, is white gloss and still looks as good as new (though I would like a more practical design now).

Gloss finish does tend to show every mark but it does look good if I have to be honest.
If you don't have little people visiting with little finger marks everywhere I would consider going with what you like best,I would go for white or cream and steer away from black as it shows every speck of household dust.
White/cream shaker style wood would be my personal choice.

Need some impartial advice please.
Refitting kitchen and am currently choosing doors!!
I am drawn to gloss finish which look clean and simple. However family are advising against gloss finish as it constantly needs cleaning.
Any advice welcome pleeese
