Dunelm have just started selling micofibre bedding. Has anybody tried it and does it make you feel hot and sticky?

I've had microfibre sheets (but cotton pillowcases) for a few years - for winter use only.

No, I don't feel hot and sticky at all, just very cosy.

I don't have any heat in my east-facing bedroom, the coldest room in the house, so I love the snuggly sheets.

Yes I have a few sets of this type of bedding for winter - it's lovely and warm but you don't overheat. Saves the 'sheet shock' when you get into bed. I only changed back to summer bedding a couple of weeks ago.

I have the fleece stuff "COZZEE Home" for winter and it fab,my OH would keep it on all year if I didn't object .Doesn't make you overheat at all and lovely and light .Back to my cotton now though ,nothing nicer than fresh ironed cotton bedding .
