Oil based satinwood paint

I usually use water based pint, bought some Dukux Satinwood and it says its solvent based. Will it go over the original satinwood.?

Should do, Peonyrose, a light sanding first to provide a bit of a "key", but you will probably have to clean your brushes in white spirit, rather than water, that seems to work ok (along with a drop of washing up liquid wink which makes it easier) for non solvent based paint.
