Well Chewbacca you’re most welcome!

I'd be delighted to have a fox visiting my garden. Fox scumber is much easier to pick up and dispose of than dog or cat faeces.

Thank you for the helpful suggestions??
And as for the not so helpful I hope they poo in your garden!

Yes I used the powder on the rocks as they preferred to poo on the top of the rocks for some reason??

I also left food out in another part of the garden so perhaps that helped.

According to a council website they are marking their territory and you need to clear the smell they leave. They say use biological washing powder mixed with hot water to wash the area once cleared. You will probably need to do it every day for a couple of weeks but hopefully the fox gets the message that it's not his space.
Or maybe try a strong smelling oil, peppermint for example after washing the spot. A few drops daily might stop it.

There is also a product called Scoot you can use.

The old country way was to use human male urine.

I bought some powder on Amazon I think it was. Very effective.

As long as they keep the cats away

I agree with QuizQueen. I'd find it a privilege to have foxes in my garden.

Scoop it up, bin it.

Callistemon Tue 02-Jun-20 16:16:20

We just keep clearing it up.
It does smell awful though.

I agree quizqueen, habitats of various creatures have been decimated to make way for the two-legged ones.

...and the fox says.. Humans have built in my lovely countryside, where my family and other animals have lived for generations, and now there's cement and tarmac and loud scary noises where there used to be lovely plants and trees and quietness- pesky humans, how can I keep them away!

Sick of finding fox poo in our front garden. Last 3 times on pebbles, but also drive and artificial grass. We have tried a gadget that uses high frequency noise, but this no longer seems to be working. Can anyone suggest something to keep the peskies away?
