Norfolk boring?
I particularly like Holt and also the N Norfolk coast is lovely!
What I have noticed is a slightly gentler pace of life, probably because it is not really commutable from London.

I wouldn’t call Northumberland posh. A point in its favour.

Noooo, Norfolk is a bit boring. I love Northumberland!

And we have hills which Norfolk doesn't have.

GagaJo Northumberland a bit boring? Are you serious? We have so much history and interesting places. And Newcastle is on our doorstep.
And yes there are pockets of poshness but there's deprivation too.

I’m from Norfolk. Nice, posh but a bit boring and very touristy would be my opinion. I live in Northumberland now. Similar in lots of ways without the tourists.

Cromer decaying Victorian town. Felixtowe nice but a retirement town. Sheringham very rough. Well next the Sea nice, but again v touristy.

We have had our house valued thinking now is the right time to move. We were thinking of Norfolk from say Kings Lynn to Cromer and beyond and all areas in between. Any gransnetters know the area, I would be interested in your thoughts good and bad ie places to avoid or good local communities. Thanks in advance.
