Has anyone managed to remove a Hillary's wooden venetian blind for redecorating? We can't get the cover, valance or whatever it's called off to get at the brackets that hold the blind on to the wall. Youtube videos seem to suggest that they should just pull off. Maybe we are a bit tentative, but we haven't managed to pull ours off. Hillary's customer service dept. is closed at the moment so can't get help there. I amn sure it must be simple rewallty. Any herlp would bve much appreciated.
