Seaside & Country Homes anyone used them to move home?

Hi,
Has anyone used (or know of someone who has) the government's council & social housing Seaside & Country Homes scheme to downsize and move home to somewhere out of London?
I wish to do so and apply for a bungalow on the Kent coast in exchange for giving up my lifetime assured tenancy 3 bedroom Council flat.
Would love to hear from anyone who has moved from London (to anywhere) via this scheme. Experiences, tips etc. Thank you.

Did you manage to get a move? We’ve just applied as we need somewhere without stairs, OH a is struggling with them.
