Dishwasher cleaning

I’ve found that as well Tanith and am much more careful with my boiled egg shells now!

Also my washing machine didn’t spin (1400rpm) very well earlier this week with clothes sopping wet so DH checked the filter and found a button and a 2p blocking it. Who’d have thought such small things would make a huge difference.

Thought give my dishwasher filter a clean this morning and as I was fitting it back I notice one the holes in the spinning arms was blocked so I managed to get it out and pocked it with a skewer gently then ran some water through the arm over a bowl in the sink and found a piece of eggshell dropped out. After I did the other arm I ended up with five pieces of eggshell that had been blocking the spraying arms. I do often eat boiled eggs so I better be more careful about rinsing plates in future.
Thought this might be useful for someone to look if you’re washer isn’t cleaning dishes well.
