I won't say more because i don't want to malign husband - he's very good and helpful especially since I broke my ankle.

Had fun unblocking FiL's toilet once. DH used a plunger of an approved type. The whole thing blew back over him!

As we were due to take FiL shopping and DH's trousers were unwearable, I had to dash out and buy him a new pair.

An exciting day - our main toilet has been emptying slowly when flushed for a few days and today almost refused completely.
Husband is a handyman and finally decided to dismantle it.We found the source of the trouble - some broken glass stuck in the plastic concertina section. I've heard of sh***ing bricks but this is something else!
Anyway back to normal now and for once husband admits he was at fault . Another long story.
